EQMS has successfully manufactured the first major order of 84 cooling air dampers for the cooling air supply in pusher furnaces of an aluminum producer in the USA. The dampers are an important component in the heat treatment of aluminum billets and ensure optimum temperature distribution in the furnace.

Meeting high quality standards and optimized production

The Mexican team was able to meet the strict quality standards thanks to high precision in manufacturing. The production was strictly optimized, so that a short throughput time and on-time delivery could be guaranteed.

Outlook

EQMS is currently working on several major orders for the manufacture of stainless steel components and air ducts.

At the end of the year, the company will move to its new production facility near Monterrey, which is currently under construction. There, larger workshop areas and more possibilities will be available to realize even complex and large-volume orders.
